Clean Coal Technology Programme Publications Contributed by Peter Roberts IJmuiden, NL, 26th July, 1999 - Ref.: 9907art15 The Euro Clean Coal Net site is situated at http://www.euro-cleancoal.net. In their July update, they have added a new chapter, in which the Executive Summaries of the 1994-1996 Joule II Programme, Phase 2 are published. In their introduction, it is noted that: "This is the first publication of Clean Coal Technologies Research Reports on the site, in which the visitor is offered the possibility to read the reports, displayed on screen as PDF files. The reader can also download the files and store them on his/her hard disk, and/or print them out using their local printer. This is a significant step forward in Clean Coal Technology research reporting and one that it is intended to pursue more extensively in the reporting of the Joule Thermie reporting later in the year. Apart from the advantage of the potentially wider degree of dissemination, the reader had the chance to be selective in the subject matter to be down loaded, and clearly there can be considerable savings on "hard copy" printing costs." These publications can be found by clicking on the Icon ("Click here for the JOULE II Phase 2, Executive Summaries") on the homepage http://www.euro-cleancoal.net. The following documents are available for downloading/reading/printing: Vol I. "Preface - by Pierre Dechamps, European Commission, DG XII Vol II. "Atmospheric
Combustion of Pulverized Coal and Coal Based Blends for Power Generation" Vol III. "Novel Approaches
in Advanced Combustion (Pressurized Systems)" Vol IV. "Integrated Hot
Fuel Gas Cleaning for Advanced Gasification Combined Cycle Process" Vol V. "Enhancement
of the Efficiency of Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Power Plants"
