BFRC Flame Days 2001 – Meeting Programme Update

The technical programme for the upcoming British Flame Research Committee (BFRC) Flame Days has been updated. The meeting, addressing Trends in Industrial Combustion, takes place at Weetwood Hall, Leeds University on 19th and 20th September 2001.

The aim of the meeting is to identify, and discuss the technologies, which will be needed for industrial combustion systems to meet the future challenges of high efficiency and low emissions. The programme includes speakers from the cement, power generation and petrochemical industries, as well as leading suppliers of fuel, equipment and services providers. In addition, there will be presentations from leading UK University Departments researching into industrial energy and combustion technologies.

The meeting is open to members and non-members of the British Flame Research Committee. The cost of participation is as follows:

BFRC Member: 230 Euro
Non Member: 365 Euro
Student: 165 Euro
